Front Squat 5/135. 5/155. 5/195
WOD: 100 KB Swings 1 Arm, every time you switch arm:
10 Pushups
10 Sit-ups
10 Squats
I used the 44# KB and did 50 with left arm and then did the pushups, sit-ups, and squats and finished in 5:01.
No CFE, had to work late and there wasn't time.
