Saturday’s team workouts are always fun, it’s a time see all the Crossfit family that I don’t get to see during the week. This Saturday I was partnered up with the Beast Jake.
Today’s WOD, team Fight Gone Bad:
Wall balls, SDHP, Box jumps, Push Press, Row for Cal. 90 Seconds of work, move the next station through all 5 stations. Rest 90 seconds after rowing and repeat 3 times.
