Monday morning up at 4:30 and in the pool at 5AM. I swam a quick 200M, I am starting to feel better in the water but need more time in the pool.
6AM WOD:
Press 3/95, 3/105, 3/115
6 Rounds
6 DB Hang Squat Clean
6 DB Jerks
Do 3 Burpees on the min for each minute during the WOD.
Total time 4:43 RX.
CFE Run is coming up tonight.
